Latest Bitcoin price forecast
TLDR: Bitcoin is compressing under $120k. Once this level breaks, expect a massive rally.
If you look at the below chart, you’ll notice that six consecutive weekly candles have nearly identical bodies topping around $120k. The price never opened or closed a candle above 120k, beyond a wick.
To me, this shows someone is keeping the price below this key level on purpose. Every time Bitcoin wants to move higher, it’s pushed back below. The longer this continues, the bigger the eventual breakout.
The Bitcoin uptrend is very much intact and the price action in the past two months has formed an ascending triangle. This is a bullish pattern that should resolve before the end of August.
If you plan to buy Bitcoin, make sure you do it before this coming breakout starts. It only takes the price to pump 15% from 120k to reach 140k. That’s something Bitcoin can do in a day if it turns bullish overnight.

The altcoins space was quite volatile this week as Ethereum stopped pumping just under its current all-time high at $4,868. This pushed alts into a pullback with one exception.
